BBM Beef is a product of the USA with no added ingredients and never any antibiotics or steroids. Domestic and never imported, BBM beef is wet aged 35 days to ensure maximum flavor and tenderness. 

Whether our processing team or yours, BBM sourced beef has a 1/4 inch trim specification that will always offer reliable yield and less waste. 

Our seasoned butchers will hand cut & trim to precise specifications. 

Never pressed, only formed, BBM hamburger patties are exceptional in both flavor and texture. Our processing team will use dedicated BBM blends or specific customer recipes to delicately produce hamburger patties in our state of the art processing equipment. 

Our distribution team will fill your order pursuant to customer requests. Whether it is one piece, one box or one pallet of beef, our customer's specifications to grade, size, age and/or weight has been and will always be prioritized.
