We only source humanely-raised products

BBM Lamb products are fabricated from humanely-raised animals and are USDA Choice with a yield of Grade 3 or better. Customers may choose from whole carcass to rough primals to portioned cuts. 


BBM Portioned Lamb is hand-selected and carefully hand trimmed by our seasoned butchers to precise customer specifications and needs.

We also offer value priced imported lamb from Australia and New Zealand. These all natural and free range lambs enjoy a 100% grass diet.
